Established in 2024, Industrial Strength is working to develop a portfolio of projects that help illustrate our capabilities and how we can be of service to you. Until that time, we have elected to highlight a few marquee projects from our career executed outside of the Industrial Strength moniker, but it is precisely these experiences which will be brought to enhance your projects in the future.
Critical Concentration
Supported the structural engineering design for a new minerals processing plant critical to American industry. As the Engineer of Record and the department director, this project represents a key milestone in my career. Equipment in scope included primary crushing, secondary crushing, material transport, ore bins, concentration plant with ball mill, roughers, thickeners, paste tailings facility, and pipe rack. Support enclosures for MCC, Control Room, and Reagent Room.
Conveyor Rehabilitation
Contributed structural engineering and project management skills to enhance an existing overland conveyor in the mountains of South America. At my time of engagement, the conveyor was suffering from poor performance and damage, upon completion, the conversion resulted in 15,000 ton/hr capacity from the primary crusher to the concentrator plant at an elevation of over 15,000'.
